I really want to highlight the staff, everyone was highly attentive and friendly, especially during breakfast service and at the bar The hotel is located close to the city center on the other side of the river in a quiet area The rooms are spacious, clean and modern, we had a beautiful river view Breakfast buffet was also nice with a variety of different foods

Perfect location ! Old city is just across the street which makes it perfect location because it’s quiet, yet so close to the main attractions. Gdansk main square can be really noisy that’s why is better to choose this location than others. Breakfast was one of the best I’ve had, everything served there was really fresh and high quality. I highly recommend their spa for a massage. It was exceptional ! Daniel at the reception very professional and nice. Speaks good English and recommends the best attractions. Also don’t forget to use their boat cruse. View is amazing.

My son and I very much enjoyed our stay at the Qubus Hotel in Gdansk and would happily visit again. The room was spacious and spotless, with great décor, crisp bed sheets, and a very comfortable bed and mattress that I had no issues with ( I am a disabled person , who recently undergone a spinal surgery ). The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive , incredibly welcoming, helpful, and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble. Special thanks to Mr Damian for the warm welcome as we stepped at the hotel reception area and his everyday assistance with the stairs, help with the boat trip, and for all he did to make our stay memorable. I had a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to others. Thank you so much!

Well situated, a few minutes walk to Dlugi Street. Staff very friendly and efficient. Hotel organised taxi for airport transfers. Lovely 20min boat trip available free for guests on the main tourist section of the river. Tram stop just across the main road. Modern, clean room with good amenities. Excellent choice for breakfast and gave us a packed breakfast the morning we left as flight was early in the morning which was a very nice touch. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Gdansk.

The breakfast and dinner were outstanding with very good quality produce and presention. The hotel's location beside the river was very pleasant - the terrace beside the river was lovely to sit on and watch the passing boats. The hotel provided a wheelchair during our stay which was really appreciated. We would definitely return to this hotel !

We enjoyed our stay in the hotel. Its location is near the centre of the town. The room was large with view on the river. It was furnished by new and modern furniture, it had a lot of space for our things. We had air conditioner, kettle with tea and coffee, fridge. The staff was friendly and helpful. As to food - breakfast was excellent with the numerous and various choice of cold and hot buffet; dinner was also excellent and creative; we could choose starter from 3 offers, main course from 3 offers and sweets from 2 offers.

Great location, short walk across main road into the old town, free short boat trip that was definitely worth doing, great choice at breakfast, helpful friendly staff, had a problem with TV but soon sorted when we where out, iron and ironing board delivered to our room that we kept the duration of our stay.
